Testimonials

"When I met Gaven, I was going through a major life transition. My body was in pain and everything felt scattered. He met me exactly where I was. Though I’d practiced yoga for years, it wasn’t until I began breathwork and Qigong with him that I truly understood energy practice. The downloads I receive during his teaching has and will continue to change my life. I Know I still have so much practice to do, but I've since healed a lot of anxiety and released the neck, shoulder, and back pain I carried for years. I know that Gaven is a great teacher and will always go back to learn from him.

"Gaven has a deep understanding of Qi gong, he brings both skill and playfulness to his teaching. He combines a strong foundational knowledge with a light hearted atmosphere."

Jaya
“This was my first Qigong retreat. Gaven was a wonderful teacher. He explained in depth the history, the health benefits, and the physiological effects Qigong has on the body. As well as clearly teaching how each movement is done, and correcting each of us so we are doing each movement correctly for maximum benefit. I found the breathing techniques particularly beneficial. Highly recommend for anyone interested in learning Qigong."

Jed
“Gaven is an amazing Qigong teacher, super knowledgable, and down to earth. Every class helps me feel calmer and more connected. Definitely worth checking out!"

Mike
"Gaven is very dedicated to his practice and always teaches in a way that meets you where you are at. Every time I've joined his class it's been very relaxing. I'm excited to join next time I get the chance!"

Missy
"Great instruction and easy to follow. Fine detail with in-depth explanation of the medicine qualities. Absolutely fantastic every time."

Laurie
"Gaven has been training me with positive results. I would recommend his coaching sessions to anyone who wants to improve their lives"

Karl
"Gaven’s depth of knowledge and abundance of energy to share it stems, in my estimation, from a most genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the health of humans. It is a quality worth seeking in anyone offering advice around physical, mental or spiritual well-being; all of which are equally honored in his qi gong teachings. Beyond the top notch instruction provided, one enters into learning WITH Gaven rather than simply from him and a friendly and playful environment is created true to our natural learning style. It’s so much fun you almost forget you are investing in your longevity!"
